Hereinafter referred to as "RelaxInGame", "we" or "the platform".

2. Data we collect

We only collect data necessary to provide the service:

• Account data: email address and encrypted password (managed by Supabase Auth). We never store your password in plain text.
• Riot Games account: if you link your account, we store your Riot ID (name#tag) and PUUID to sync your Valorant stats. We do not have access to your Riot password.
• Payment data: if you purchase the Premium subscription, payment is processed entirely by our payment provider (Stripe). RelaxInGame does not store or have access to your bank or card details.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used and application performance metrics, in order to detect errors and improve the experience. This data is collected in aggregate form and does not allow individual identification.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Service provision (contract): manage your account, sync your Valorant stats and offer you platform features.
• Payment management (contract): process the Premium subscription and maintain your subscription status record.
• Service improvement (legitimate interest): analyze usage metrics in aggregate to detect errors, optimize performance and prioritize new features.
• Legal compliance (legal obligation): retain certain tax and accounting data for the periods required by applicable law.

4. Data retention

• Account data: while you maintain an active account. If you delete your account, your personal data will be erased within a maximum of 30 days.
• Payment / billing data: 5 years from the transaction, in accordance with applicable tax legislation.
• Valorant stats: linked to your account; deleted when the account is deleted.
• Usage data: retained in aggregate form indefinitely.

5. Transfer to third parties

RelaxInGame uses the following trusted providers who may process data on your behalf:

• Supabase (database and authentication) — Privacy policy
• Stripe (payments) — Privacy policy
• Riot Games (Valorant data via API) — Riot Terms
• Railway (server infrastructure) — Privacy policy

None of these providers use your data for their own commercial purposes in the context of our service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), you have the right to:

• Access: request what data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, readable format.
• Objection and restriction: object to processing or request that we restrict it.

If you believe that the processing of your data is not correct, you can file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

7. Cookies

RelaxInGame uses only technical cookies necessary for the platform to function (session management). We do not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

• PHP session cookie: keeps you logged in while browsing. It is deleted when you close the browser or log out.

Since we do not use non-essential cookies, your prior consent is not required for them.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted communications via HTTPS/TLS.
• Passwords stored with secure hashing (managed by Supabase Auth).
• Database access restricted through row-level security policies (Row Level Security).
• Short-lived session tokens with automatic renewal.
