Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the RelaxInGame platform (hereinafter "the Service"), available on this website, operated by:

Accessing and using the Service implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Access and registration

• To access full features you must register with a valid email address and a password.
• You must be at least 16 years old to register. If you are under 16, you need the consent of your legal guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities carried out from your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access to your account at [email protected].

3. Permitted and prohibited use

The Service is designed for Valorant players to analyze their game stats. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Using the platform for illegal activities or activities that infringe third-party rights.
• Attempting to access other users' data without authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or extracting the source code of the Service.
• Using bots, scrapers or other automated means to extract data in bulk.
• Impersonating other people or entities.
• Publishing offensive, defamatory or hate-inciting content.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the platform or its servers.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Premium Subscription

RelaxInGame offers a paid subscription ("Premium") that unlocks additional features.

• Prices: amounts are shown on the subscription page and include applicable taxes.
• Billing: the subscription renews automatically each period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your account. Premium access is maintained until the end of the already paid period.
• Refunds: no refunds are issued for partial periods, unless required by applicable law or due to a technical failure attributable to RelaxInGame.
• Price changes: we will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price change.

Payment processing is managed by Stripe. RelaxInGame does not store bank card data.

5. Riot Games and Valorant Data

RelaxInGame uses the official Riot Games API to obtain Valorant match stats. By linking your Riot account, you also accept the Riot Games Terms of Service.

• Stats come from the official Riot API and may differ in exceptional cases due to API limitations.
• Riot Games may modify or revoke access to their API at any time, which could affect Service features.

6. Intellectual property

All original content of RelaxInGame (design, code, texts, graphics, logos) is the property of its creators and protected by intellectual property laws.

• The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the Service.
• Reproduction, distribution or public communication of Service content without express authorization is prohibited.
• Agent and map icons and images from Valorant belong to Riot Games, Inc.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". RelaxInGame does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that statistical data will be 100% accurate at all times.

• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from technical failures outside our control.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by the user based on the statistical data provided.
• Interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure do not give rise to any right to compensation.

In no event shall RelaxInGame's total liability to the user exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months for the Service.

8. Account suspension

RelaxInGame reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

• Violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Make abusive use of the Service that harms other users or the platform.
• Are associated with fraudulent activities.

In case of suspension for non-compliance, no refund will be given for the remaining subscription period.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via:

• A visible notice on the platform when you log in.
• An email to your account address.

Continued use of the Service after notification implies acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree, you may delete your account before the effective date.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable law. For any disputes arising from the use of the Service, the parties submit to the courts of the user's place of residence, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
